SHANGHAI: 1907 Cover registered to Staraya, Bukhara (in modern day Uzbekistan), franked on the reverse with seven “KITAI” 7k paying six times the 7k internal rate plus reg’n fee, tied by Shanghai 24.8.07 cds (T&S type 3), with registration label in Cyrillic and boxed reg’n hs in English adjacent, opened on three sides, a scarce rate. 上海:1907年,掛號封寄布哈拉的Staraya(今日的烏茲別克),背貼七枚俄國客郵7戈比,為六倍內陸郵資及掛號費,銷上海日戳(1907.8.24)(T&S 3型),另貼掛號標籤(Cyrillic 字型)及銷英文長方形掛號戳,剪開三邊作展示之用,十分罕有的郵資。
