SHANGHAI: 1907 Cover registered to Staraya, Bukhara (in modern day Uzbekistan), franked on the reverse with seven « KITAI » 7k paying six times the 7k internal rate plus reg’n fee, tied by Shanghai 24.8.07 cds (T&S type 3), with registration label in Cyrillic and boxed reg’n hs in English adjacent, opened on three sides, a scarce rate. 上海:1907年,掛號封寄布哈拉的Staraya(今日的烏茲別克),背貼七枚俄國客郵7戈比,為六倍內陸郵資及掛號費,銷上海日戳(1907.8.24)(T&S 3型),另貼掛號標籤(Cyrillic 字型)及銷英文長方形掛號戳,剪開三邊作展示之用,十分罕有的郵資。
