1898 pair of size H2 2d registered envelopes from the same correspondence to France, one with 1888 5d die II pair and 1881 1d lilac die II pair tied by Gresham House cds paying quadruple UPU rate and 2d late fee with “LATE FEE 2D” hs adjacent, other with 1887 6d and 1 1/2d paying triple rate, an attractive pair.
