Refugees: 1960 World Refugee Year collection written up in an album and ordered by country, with mint stamps plus surcharges, covers (mostly FDCs) and mint n.h. mini sheets, incl. Belgium, Lebanon, Yemen, noted Colombia imperf. between vertical pair, pages with some light tone spots but the stamps and covers seem to be fresh throughout, an attractive thematic lot not often offered.
