1941 Dr Sun Yat-sen short set to 50c, each with red SPECIMEN overprint and small punch hole, ex american Bank note archive, fresh mint never hinged, and 1942 Provincial surcharge on 16c Sun Yat-sen with red Kansu overprint unused without gum, with 1943 50c re-surcharge for comparison.
