1953 Esperanto sheetlet of eight with margin all round showing smear lines in violet at base as a result of the shortening of the sheetlet, originally produced in sheetlets of 12 of which 1000 were printed, a second printing due to U.S. dealer demand in sheetlets of eight (4 x 2) were printed (375), the overprint in margin was commissioned by Alexander Kroo of which 250 made, each numbered on reverse (this one ’25’) fresh mint n.h., central horizontal fold
