1920 unissued oval overprint “Traité de Versailles” on Germania issue 40 pfg., Mi I, unmounted mint, with certificate Althen 1994. And three-line overprint “Plebiscite/Olsztyn/Allenstein” on 10, 20, 30, and 40 pfg., Mi II,-VI, unmounted mint, signed Mikulski, with certificate Althen 1994. All stamps fresh and attractive (Mi 1200 eur.)
