1854 (March 23) double rate entire letter from Constantinople to Galatz, disinfected at Semlin (30.3) via Temesvar (1.4), Hermannstadt (4.4), Bukarest (7.4) and arriving on 10.4, a rare item of mail during the Russian Turkish War, both Bucharest and Galatz were under Russian Occupation.
