Found to be quadruple rate = 2s. 8d., thus charged missing 1s. + 6d, tied “B01”, ALEXANDRIA / JA 2 75 circular datestamp, extremely rare framed INSUFFICIENTLY PAID handstamp on cover to London, arrival London backstamp, somewhat soiled, very fine and an attractive registered usage
