1887 (Jun 8) envelope to England with Mauritius 1883-90 16c chestnut pair tied by “B64” barred ovals with despatch ds adjacent, reverse with embossed Arms of Government House and London arrival, a very fine and scarce franking of Mauritius used in Seychelles.
