1895-99 “Arms” set of 6 to 18c, two sets each overprinted “SPECIMEN”, the first set mounted on album page pieces almost certainly from the Natal P.O. Archive, the 2c to 4c and 18c all showing identical “M” flaw with dot in-between, the second set with large part o.g. and showing lovely fresh colour, very fine; ex “Port Louis” (S.G. £150 for a set).
