Postal History: Mainly Queen Victorian accumulation of cards and covers with 1890s 2c printed matter rates to USA (2), 1900 Consular Service cover to Chief Quarantine Officer, Manila, 1899 5c cover to Kiaochow via Shanghai with oval arrivals, a few later with 1905 QV 5c stationery envelope with private advertising uprated 5c to USA, a few used picture postcards, mixed condition (50).
