Description
1971 (Jul 26) Apollo 15 illustrated signed cover, annotated as number 163 of 300 flown. These covers were postmarked just prior to launch of Apollo 15 at Kennedy Space Center, stowed aboard and carried to the lunar surface in LM Falcon, returned to earth and postmarked immediately after splashdown on August 7 aboard the recovery ship USS Okinawa. As well as the envelope signed by the three astronauts each has signed a notarised certificate. Most intriguing and rare
