1895 Arms Issue, hand painted drawing of the Arms with legend in various colours, finely executed on tracing paper (80x95mm.) in a circular frame (54mm.), most attractive; also enlarged photographic reproduction of artist’s drawing for a 3c. value in a design similar to that issued.
