1883 16 cents on 17c. rose, Type 28 narrow surcharge single, on 1883 (23 Feb.) envelope (a little soiled) to Bordeaux, clearly tied by “B53” duplex, showing “ligne t/paq. fr. no 3” c.d.s. in black with arrival datestamp on reverse; Cert B.P.A (2013).
