2d. pale blue, positions 51-52, used pair on a fragment with just clear to very large margins, tied by two strikes of the “PAID” circle cancel, some minor creasing, a very fine pair with both examples showing retouched below the TWO and a dramatic line flaw in right sheet marginal, a wonderful showpiece (SG £2’400+)
