1890 “LPE/1890” red overprints on remainders of the two unissued “Britannia” stamps in red-brown and blue blocks of four, sold as souvenirs to raise funds for the 1890 London Philatelic exhibition; fresh and attractive, although 2700 in each colour were prepared, very scarce.
