1841 (Jun 5) 1d Mulready envelope, stereo A164, sent within Wales from Pontypool to Clydach Iron Works, uprated with 1840 2d blue pl.1 HL (three good to very large margins) and 1841 1d red pl.8 HC (four fine to good margins), all neatly struck by black Maltese Crosses, reverse with Pontypool UDC and Abergavenny arrival, minor soiling, a very attractive and rare combination on a Mulready.
