1916 (6 Nov) Stampless cover showing the extremely rare FEE PAID handstamp type E (Uexkull). From Mekka to Jeddah stamped by circular Mecca 6 Nov, and Jeddah arrival on reverse 9 Nov. A very rare cover with the FEE PAID handstamp type E, recorded Nov 1916 and March 1917, RR in Uexkull. Certificate Todd (2015).
