Description
1916 (27 Aug) Stampless cover showing the very rare FEE PAID handstamp that is recorded for 2 months only (Aug/Sep 1916). From Mekka to Jeddah stamped by the octagonal Mecca 3, and Jeddah arrival on reverse. A very rare cover with the FEE PAID handstamp type C (Uexkull); the cover is reduced at left causing some minor loss of the handstamp.
