1915 (8 Apr) 20pa stationery envelope uprated by two 20+10pa stamps 1914 and 1915 issues tied by octagonal Medina cds (Coles & Walker type 44). Sent to Istanbul with Istanbul arrival 25 Apr on reverse, alongside negative seal of Banoub Hadret Haram Sharif Medina (known only on very few covers).
