1863-66 10c red diagonal bisect, superb example from the sheet corner with very wide margins all around, tied to cover by ms pen cancel, cover front with some paper faults, sent from Cartagena to Barranquilla; probably the finest known bisect of this issue, and possibly unique corner stamp.
