1913 (May 28) registered cover to Germany franked 1912 Commemorating the Republic 3c. to 50c. with each stamp tied Swatow bilingual cds, registration handstamp bottom left, reverse with Shanghai (1 Jun) and Moukden (4 Jun) bilingual cds and Wilhelmsburg arrival of 15.6., some slight tones on 10c and 20c but generally fine appearance.
