1917 unissued Germania surcharges 15 Bani on 15pfg., 25 Bani on 20pf. and 40 Bani on 30pf, the set of three without the red framed M.V.i.R. , in top right corner marginal blocks of four fresh mint never hinged, light diagonal gum crease across top pair of 25 Bani otherwise very fresh in fine condition, each stamp with Mikulski handstamp and B Hey Attest (2003)
