Description
1906 Essay of the center of 1b ‘King Carol’s 40th Ruling Anniversary in olive and black punctured ‘SPECIMEN’. The difference between the essay and the adopted design is in the number of people attending the ceremony, the ones at left were removed, and the other figures were enlarged. Unrecorded by Cohen.
