1903 “Effigies”/Postal Palace Inauguration issue complete set on registered cover sent on 2/8/1903 from Bucharest to Munich, Germany, arrival 4/8 on reverse. This franking, even though philatelic, is extremely rare as the face value of this set was very high (9.30 lei=9.30 Gold Francs) and very few collectors afforded to create such items. Horizontal crease away from the stamp, back flap missing, generally fine and very seldom seen.
