1880 Prince Carol “Pearls” Issue 15b & 25b proofs in blocks of four. The 15b is a final plate proof in black on yellow thin paper, while the 25b black on pale pink paper comes from an intermidiate small plate of 12 subjects. Very fine condition, scarce. Auction
