Description
1872 Prince Carol 10B ultramarine Emergency Issue in block of 5 from the lower right corner of the sheet, including the Annex with the blind field (transfer types 7-X/7-4/6-7). Also displays the constant stone variety ‘white globe below the neck’ from position 99 in the sheet (row 7, column 14). Only the upper stamp is hinged; the rest are unmounted mint with original gum.
