1864 30 parale blue printed from plates, with fair to large margins all around, on cover to Iasi, tied by the GALATZ cds (24/10). A scarce stamp on cover, as the 2nd United Principalities Issue was used only for a bit more than 3 months. Some aging, but a scarce item. Catalogue ref: Mi. 10IIx
