1857 Wallachian document, a postal order for two horses issued under the Lieutenancy (Kaimakamie) of prince Alexandru Dimitrie Ghica during the vacancy of a state rule (‘voievod’), bearing a clear strike in orange of the ruler’s seal. The document was signed by the secretary of state. Usual small holes, fine condition for this type of document.
