1831 prephilatelic cover sent from Silistra (Ottoman Empire/Turkey, now in Bulgaria) to Bucharest, bearing a linear cyrillic ‘SILISTRIA’ faint marking in black on reverse. Broken red was seal and some stains on reverse, otherwise fine. Signed Pascanu. Auction
