1869 (Jan 12) Unpaid wrapper from Marseille to Kerkyra via Athens, carried by boat “Niemen” of “Ligne U”, taxed on arrival 180 lepta with hs for the transportation by the “Compagnie des Lignes de la Méditerranée” for a letter from 10 to 20 grams (double rate, “2” in black pencil at top-left) according to the 1866 convention between Greece & France, franked with 1862-67 consecutive Athens printings, touched on few margins, cover toned.
