Folder (showing at outside SS sign and Reinhard Heydrich 7.3.1904 and 4.6.1942 inscription) with mint n.h./ mint block of 4 and used block of 4 of the Heydrich stamp affixed to folded page with black cordel, 25 folders have been issued and its only occasionally offered to market, there are slight margin abrasions otherwise very fine and one of the rarest collectibels of Bohemia & Moravia
