1859, Turkish local post, two letters on exhibition pages, with full analysis. C. 1862 Rustschuk with rare Arabic negative Commercial Court Ruse seal on reverse. Also a official mail local cover with seal of Vidin Tax Directory 1859. Two very fine letters with certificates AIEP.
