Commercial cover to Barranquilla, franked by two 10c green, each tied by “CCNA/Agencia de Cartagena” oval hs, paying the national postage with 1c, four examples, of which one defective and not detracting, as well as single 2c, tied by “Correo Aéreo./Cartagena-Colombia.” cds’s.
