Austria: 1948-1984, Costums II definitive issue – stock of about 220 covers and cards & div. postal stationery in ring binder (filing map), noted many colour- & colour multiple and multiple frankings, div. foreign going mail to Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, etc. but majority inland covers with registered, express & COD mail, also one 10S cover (unfortunately with filing holes), noted also many nice cancellation and mostly contemporary usages, only some covers used after introduction of post codes, generally fine to v.fine, could well serve as a starter for a specialized costumes collection.
