1901-02 De La Rue striking book pieces, with head-only and 1/2d to £5 frame-only set of fourteen die proofs with additional 1s and 2s, each stamp-size in black on glazed card affixed to twelve pieces of card variously dated between “July 16” and “Oct 10”, the head marked “240 leads +6 extra” and the frames “240 leads +2 extra”, the 1s and 2s additionally dated “Sep 9 02” in red, the £1 and £5 “Nov 14 03” and the ½d., 6d., 2/- and 5/- “Dec 31st 01”, eight values crossed by red ink line.
