1 1/2d red-brown, mint right sheet marginal horizontal pair, from the GB base plate 12b, right stamp showing PENCF plate error from position R15/12, plus characteristic damaged “9” from the overprint setting 2a, very fine and a very rare error, considered as the only recorded example of the PENCF un-corrected from Plate 12b, showpiece.
