Wicklow, franked Star 1d tied barred oval “53” of Basingstoke and showing superb strike of the black 2-line diminutive MISSENT TO / DALKEY hs, array of departure and transit bs, cover flap missing, a showpiece. The only usage yet recorded of this handstamp.
