1917 1c local stationery postcard sent on 26/9/1917 bearing the superb HONG KONG KOWLOON BRANCH ‘E’ (Proud D4 type) to the German Mission in town, bearing the elusive clear arrival marking on reverse of HONG-KONG SAI YING PUN ‘F’ (Proud D3 type) from the same day. The item has also what seems to be an unrecorded postman beat/chop “Rain” on the front. A scarce item in very fine condition.
