1875-1907, West Indies assembly of 95 mostly Queen Victoria postal stationery cards, wrappers and envelopes (incl. registered), with Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Tobago, Trinidad, noted 9 x SPECIMEN ovpts (incl 1 scarce small specimen on adhesive only), all but 2 or 3 unused, all are different, mostly fine to very fine.
