Description
1898 (Oct 28 & Nov 30). Two items bearing 2c (defective) tied by Ponce Military Station n. 1 duplex, the earlier, a cover front, sent locally to San Juan by Mr. Tiltman (who was involved in getting approval for the Coamo provisional stamp), the latter a cover with heading of the YMCA addressed to the U.S.
