1898 (July 13). Stampless cover front to Cadiz (Spain), bearing superb “CAZATORPEDERO TERROR/COMANDANCIA” oval hs illustrated with crown and crossed anchors, from the “Terror” torpedo boat, and San Juan cds at left; a very scarce usage further enhanced by the ideal strike.
