Khanate of Khiva: 1920 Money order form to Siberia franked Tsarist 5k fiscals in single and strip of five due to shortage of stamps, all tied to form for transference of 4’000R from Kiva to Tokmak by Cyrillic “Khiva Khivan Possessions” cds, very rare, Tchilinghirian reported no known examples of this postmark.
