Description
1913 Romanov Tercentenary 25k group of four bi-colour final die proofs in different colour combinations, without the names of designer and engraver beneath the picture, one with thin otherwise very fine. Possibly from the Tsar collection R. Lowe 1935 as described “ 25 kopecks: … Thirteen bi-colored die proofs in various combinations of color…” published in the Yamschik-Post Rider 1983, No 12, page 14.
