1913 Romanov Tercentenary 4k proof in carmine on buff paper, with the names of designer and engraver beneath the picture, pencil “15” on reverse. Possibly from Tsar collection sold by R. Lowe auction in 1935 – Lot 16 described as “ 4 kopeks: Fifteen die proofs in shades on carmine on buff” published in the Yamschik-Postal Rider 1983, No 12, page 14.
