1859-60 1d blue, a well margined example tied by dotted “1-2/LIMA” hs on 12.12.1859 cover to Genoa (Sardinia), charged with “30” on arrival, backstamped at Turin and Genoa, probably carried in a closed bag through France where no hs were applied, horizontal file fold, an early usage in 1859.
