1841 1d Red pl.8 FL, very close to large margins, on 1841 (Jun 24) wrapper sent registered from Edinburgh to Wick (Scotland), cancelled by black Maltese Cross with ms “Registered Letter” and “1/” denoting registration fee paid in cash, with Edinburgh, Glasgow and arrival ds, with part of contents remaining indicating that the contents was money, fine and scarce early registered cover.
