1863-64 1s Bright Emerald Green, fine to very good margins, on 1864 (Apr 20) envelope from Cape Town to Ireland, tied by neat black triangular cancel, with “PAID / DEVONPORT / CAPE TOWN” cds and London transit adjacent, reverse with despatch, Carlow and Leighlinbridge arrival cds, very fine and rare franking.
