Official printed envelope (G.I. 283. 65 000/2/98 HEAD OFFICE WELLINGTON printing without private use warning) to Nelson franked by 1891-98 Lighthouse ½d bright purple, perf. 11, paying the local unsealed letter rate, tied by Wellington 3 Ring c.d.s. some minor marks on reverse though still choice quality for this rare franking.
